My name is Kristina Louissaint. I first penetrated the field of healthcare through a bachelor of science degree in Psychology, as I enjoy having a deeper understanding of the mind. However, I knew deep down my initial passion was nursing.

This passion stemmed from watching my mother being so fulfilled in her career as a nurse, as well as witnessing the true empathy and compassion that the nurses exhibited while caring for my mother during her 5 year battle with cancer. Her passing allowed me to turn a negative situation into a positive by pursuing this nursing profession wholeheartedly and exploring all the avenues it has to offer.

I have been in the nursing field for 6 years now and have worked in a variety of settings from inpatient bedside (Med/surg-Tele, IMCU, ICU), research trials, family practice, outpatient clinics, home health and more. I will always appreciate opportunities to broaden my skills in this vast profession.

Now that I am able to utilize my autonomy to curate my own personal approach to health and wellness, I have decided to gear my career towards catering to the whole from mind, body, and soul. My mission is to help individuals within my community take initiative for their overall wellbeing.

Our name reliEVE stems from my mother’s name, Evelyne, which is also my middle name. I dedicate this undertaking to her as she has been my main inspiration in fulfilling this calling.
